 A smooth mellow Bourbon  with sweet upfront flavors and a delightful caramel oak finish. Made with a mash bill of corn and wheat sourced as locally as possible.

Bourbon by law must be at least 51% corn but we took it a step further and made a Bourbon with only corn. Sweet on the front with deep caramel finish.

The epitome of Bourbon flavor. Bottled at barrel strength so you get the full amazing flavor. Extremely limited quantities! No more than 2 per customer.

This 3 year old Bourbon was finished for 9 additional month in a freshly dumped Rum barrel giving it a well rounded sweetness and a light Rum finish. Single barrel bottled at barrel proof.

We infuse botanical ingredients into our neutral grain spirit which is then distilled to create a light and citrus forward Gin. Lots of notes of lemon and orange with a wonderful range of background flavors. The perfect Gin for a Gin and tonic or a sweet martini. We've found it to be perfect for newcomers to Gin because the juniper flavor is not overwhelming.

 What happens when a  delightful citrus gin takes a year long nap in one of our used bourbon  barrels? Magic!! An upfront juniper gin flavor that slides into an  amazing smoky bourbon finish. We love replacing our BRG in classic  whiskey cocktails like a mint julep or Old Fashioned but it also takes a  gin & tonic to a whole new level. 

Our Wheat Whiskey is the counterpart to our Bourbon. Instead of a majority of corn and less wheat we went with a majority wheat with less corn. The result is a deep and intense whiskey flavor with notes of caramel and pepper with a finish that sits pleasantly on the tongue.

Aged for over a year in one of our former Bourbon barrels, this Rum has an amazing flavor big notes of caramel and vanilla. Bottled at barrel proof for a full flavor.

This is the other half of the double barrel project. Already aged Rum was put into a freshly dumped Bourbon barrel for 9 additional months. The result was a Deep rum flavor up front, a Bourbon middle and back to Rum for the finish. Also a single barrel bottled at barrel proof.
